If you have a hard drive or flash drive that can't read data on your drive anymore and need that data off of the device. You will send us a email with your info and we will send you instruction to move forward to the deposit. Once deposit has been made and sent us the device. We will see if we can recover the data, if we can not then we will give the drive back and all you have paid is $100 dollars. If we recovery any data then there will be a additional charge of $700 and your data will be sent to you.
